ONLINE SHOP REGULATIONS

General

  1. Online Store MADE PLAN is working at the Internet address www.madetoplan.com is run by Katarzyna A. Kozłowska-Maciejak conducting business under the name Lady2 Katarzyna Kozłowska-Maciejak ul. Kolska 9B/7, 01-045 Warszawa, NIP 822-231-23-36.

  2. In order to use the Store you need a computer with a web browser (eg. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, GoogleChrome) with support for cookies and Internet access.

  3. Online Store MADEtoPLAN offers the opportunity to purchase calendars-planners, created for special orders customer according to specifications given by him and to meet with their individual needs.

  4. The information on the store's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Prices and product descriptions are merely commercial information. The customer places an order using the electronic form consists of an offer to buy a particular product under the conditions specified in the description.

  5. Prices of products displayed on the Online Store are gross prices, denominated in Polish zloty and do not include shipping costs, which are listed separately in the information at the end of the order.

  6. All rights to the content store, including copyright to the name, domain, logos, website content, products belong to the Vendor and use them in a manner other than specified in the Rules without the written consent of the Seller is prohibited.

Definitions

  8. The product - available in the store for the movable object of the sales contract between the Customer and Reseller.

  9. Order - the Customer's being offer to conclude a sales contract of the Product with the Seller.

  10. Order form - electronic form available on the Website www.madetoplan.pl,which allows submission Withontracts.

  11. Orders

  1. Orders online store MADEtoPLAN can be submitted by completing the Order Form available on the Website Store www.madetoplan.com.

  2. In order to purchase it is necessary to choose the right product, the selected variant (type of cover, your calendar), number of units, provide contact details necessary to complete the order (name, address, e-mail) and an individual signature that will be placed on the cover of the calendar (this information should be given in a note from the buyer available after the administration of the data needed to prepare and send the Product).

  3. Placing an order is necessary to conclude the contract of sale. Seller will inform the customer of the confirmation of submission of the Order.

  4. Performance of the contract begins on the next business day after receipt by the Seller information from PayPal for payment by the customer.

  5. The order will be completed and sent to the customer within 14 working days from the next working day after receipt of payment by the Seller. According to the information given by the Polish Post, delivery shipment is carried out within 2-3 business days on Polish territory and up to 14 days throughout the world.

  6. Seller reserves the right to refuse an order if:

    1. the vicious fill the order form (eg. Failing inscription on the cover and month of the start of the calendar),

    2. when the buyer asks you to print a cover with the inscription, logo or quote, which is proprietary or customer does not have to it any copyright,

    3. non-payment within 24 hours of placing the order, the

    4. signature on the cover, or the name, first name and last name or nickname specified by the customer when making the orders is vulgar and offensive in nature, and may violate the dignity of others.

  7. The customer can make changes to the order by informing the Seller by email [email protected] within 24 hours after ordering. After this time the order is forwarded to the implementation or canceled due to the reasons indicated in point. 6. Due to the fact that the products are made to individual order of a client, it is not possible to modify orders confirmed in the course of its implementation.

Payments

  1. Customer can choose the following forms of payment: bank transfer via an external payment system PayPal (performance of the contract begins upon receipt by Seller information from PayPal for payment is made by the customer).

Delivery

  1. order will be shipped to the customer within 14 working days from the day following receipt of payment.

  2. The ordered product will be sent to the customer via the Polish Post. Delivery time is approx. 2-3 days in Polish and up to 14 days worldwide.

  3. For the delivery address shall be the address indicated by the Buyer in the order form.

  4. The customer will be informed about the cost of shipping when filling out the order form.

  5. Given the cost of shipping it depends on the selected location.

Returns and complaints

  1. calendars are printed according to the customer specification (Cover selection, individual signature that gives customer the choice of a calendar month starting). Therefore, the right of withdrawal is not entitled to a consumer in respect of contracts in which the object is to provide for the non-prefabricated, manufactured according to the specifications of the consumer or his maid meet individual needs, it is not possible to return the product without reason.

  2. If the delivered goods prove to be incompatible with the order or will have a defect, the Customer is entitled to a replacement or refund.

  3. In order to make a complaint, customer should contact the Seller via e-mail giving the address information provided during the order and the reason for the complaint. Contact details are provided in the Rules or the Website Store.

  4. Reimbursement of costs or shipping the new product will be completed within 14 days, after having determined between the Seller and the Customer forms the complaint (reimbursement or shipping the new product).

Privacy

  1. Online Store uses datas only for execution of orders, and to order means consent.

  2. Personal data are stored in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and will not be shared with third parties.

Final Provisions

  1. Regulations come into force on 01.11.2016.

  2. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Civil Code and the provisions of the law on consumer rights.

  3. In the case of non-compliance with any part of the Regulations applicable law, in place of the challenged provision of the Rules, the relevant provisions of Polish law.

  4. Seller reserves the right to change the Rules. Orders accepted by Seller to perform before the entry into force of the new Regulations are based on the current regulations. Amendments to the Regulations enter into force within 14 days from the date of publication on the WebsiteStore,which Seller will inform the customer via e-mail.
